The cacao cultivated in these regions are hybrids by 90% and clones by 8% to 10% such as: THS-565, ICS I, ICS 95 (0% CCN51 guarantee).

Drying is achieved by exposing the beans to the sun for 4 hours, afterwards, they are covered and saved. The day after, the beans are exposed for a full day of sun.

 

Huila is located in south western region of Colombia. It has beautiful landscapes and a climate ranging from mild to warm. Due to its micro-climates, the region Huila offers a wide range of organoleptic profiles to choose from. The production areas include Gigante, Garzón, Hobo, Neiva Rivera and Thessaly.
